Qualifications

• Three years directly related experience and/or training; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must provide proof of identification and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Maintain FA/CPR, OIS, and Mandatory Abuse certifications with ongoing in-service training.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site job support, training and observation for workers transitioning into the competitive job market.
• Conduct vocational assessments and develop ISP goals and plans for participants.
• Maintain accurate case notes, records, and reports; ensure timely documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise ETS staff and liaise with funding counselors and partner agencies.
• Ensure safety, compliance with CARF/state rules, and maintain productive client relationships.
