Qualifications

• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to manage stressful situations.
• Flexible schedule, including some weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to work independently and take direction on assignments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and place calls to clients for scheduling.
• Maintain client and pet records and invoices.
• Dispense prescribed items per veterinarian’s instructions and schedule appointments.
• Document medical records in hospital systems and communicate with clients and teammates.
• Manage hospital cash handling and daily balances between openings and closings.
