Job summary

CityVet Roswell is seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the first contact with clients, delivering a positive experience and building loyal relationships with pet owners.

You will manage appointment check-ins, greet clients, and coordinate lobby flow while supporting the team with information on vaccines, wellness, parasite care, and retail needs. Prior veterinary experience is a plus but not required; 18+ and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is valued.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system.
• Veterinary medicine experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins and book new appointments.
• Prioritize and coordinate scheduled appointments and lobby triage.
• Greet and welcome clients and assist with check-in and delays.
• Support team with discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-ins, and technician visits.
