Job summary

CityVet in Chamblee is seeking a Client Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a friendly, efficient experience in-person or by phone. You will support appointment scheduling, client education, and lobby triage to ensure smooth daily workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and coordinate with the team on discharge information for grooming, clinic, walks-ins, technician appointments, boarding and retail appointments.
• Understand, prioritize scheduled appointments, client education and lobby triage by vaccine, wellness, parasite and retail needs to ensure an efficient daily workflow.
• Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic, handle check-in, inform about delays, care for clients during waits, and alert staff of arrivals.
