Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health’s SAGE Dublin hospital in Dublin, CA, is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to greet clients, assist patients, and handle data entry in a fast-paced setting. You will manage a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, process payments, and coordinate with veterinarians and staff while showing empathy to anxious pet owners.

A 2+ year customer service background and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least two years of customer service experience.
• One year of veterinary reception experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; capable of data entry into medical records.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients.
• Handle data entry into medical records.
• Manage a multi-line phone system.
• Process payments.
• Accurately schedule appointments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff.
