SAGE Dublin, part of Ethos Veterinary Health, is hiring a Client Service Coordinator in Dublin, CA. This full-time role follows a 4/10 schedule with weekend work.

You will greet clients and patients, perform data entry, manage a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and process payments while showing empathy to pet owners in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and a minimum of two years of customer service–related work experience
• One year of veterinary reception experience preferred, though not required
• Typing speed of 45+ wpm and ability to use a 10-key calculator
• A genuine love for animals and a welcoming demeanor
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care

Client Service Coordinator – SAGE Dublin

Compensation: $24–$26/hr

Full-time opportunity in Dublin, California

Schedule: 4/10 schedule, Weekends (Saturdays-Sundays) Required

As a Veterinary Client Service Coordinator, you are the first friendly face our patients and clients see upon arrival. You remain calm in stressful and emotional situations while confidently interacting with clients in person and on the phone, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple tasks.

• A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
