SAGE Dublin is a full-time Client Service Coordinator role with Ethos Veterinary Health, located in Dublin, CA. You will be the first friendly face for clients, handling check-ins, data entry, and scheduling in a busy hospital.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least two years of customer service experience; veterinary reception is a plus. MS Office proficiency and strong communication are essential for success.

Client Service Coordinator – SAGE Dublin

Compensation: $24–$26/hr

Full-time opportunity in Dublin, California

Schedule: 4/10 schedule, Weekends (Saturdays-Sundays) Required

As a Veterinary Client Service Coordinator, you are the first friendly face our patients and clients see upon arrival. You remain calm in stressful and emotional situations while confidently interacting with clients in person and on the phone, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple tasks.

• Competent computer skills, including reliable and consistent ability to enter data into medical records, and effective working knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Typing speed of 45+ wpm and ability to use a 10-key calculator
• A genuine love for animals and a welcoming demeanor
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
