Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience; veterinary experience preferred.
  • At least one year of hospitality experience creating a welcoming client environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassion, empathy, and professionalism when working with pet owners.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Accurate data entry skills with a typing speed of 45+ words per minute.
  • Proficiency using a 10-key calculator.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine passion for helping people and their pets.

SAGE Veterinary Centers – Redwood City is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our specialty and emergency hospital.
