Westside Animal Hospital in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our very fast-paced 7-doctor practice. You will be the first point of contact, greeting clients, answering phones, and coordinating appointments in a busy environment.

A minimum of three years reception experience, strong computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records are preferred. We offer full-time hours, benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in customer service and ideally veterinary reception.
