Job summary

Westside Animal Hospital in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our very fast-paced 7-doctor practice. You will be the first point of contact, greeting clients, answering phones, and coordinating appointments in a busy environment.

A minimum of three years reception experience, strong computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records are preferred. We offer full-time hours, benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Our VERY fast paced 7 doctor veterinary practice is seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, outgoing, and professional Client Service Coordinator to join our team.

Dependability, including consistent attendance and punctuality, is a must.

The hospital work hours are 7:00am - 6:00pm Monday-Friday, and 8am - 3pm on Saturdays.

Full time position, 37-40 hours per week.

We provide a supervised training program.
