Job summary

Zoom is seeking an Events Manager to own end-to-end strategy, planning and execution of vertical events for education and healthcare sectors. You will collaborate with executives, marketing, sales, product, and technical teams to align event plans with revenue goals and partner priorities, while managing budgets and vendors.

You will design reporting frameworks, build dashboards, and drive measurable outcomes with a focus on ROI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event management and execution.
• Experience delivering in-person and virtual events end to end.
• Experience marketing vertical solutions at high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS companies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% for on-site events.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize vertical event plans for education and healthcare.
• Manage all aspects of events from pre-planning through post-event analysis.
• Execute event logistics including trade shows, workshops, healthcare events, speaking engagements, and receptions.
• Build and manage event dashboards with KPIs, ROI, and metrics.
• Own budgets, PO creation, and invoice processing.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and partners.
