Job summary

Zoom is seeking an Events Manager to own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of vertical events in education and healthcare, including in-person and virtual formats. You will work with executives, marketing, sales, product, and technical teams to design plans aligned with revenue and partner priorities, manage budgets, and build reporting dashboards.

The role requires 3+ years in event management, strong cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Salesforce and marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event management and execution.
• Deep understanding of education and healthcare verticals, including compliance standards and industry best practices.
• Experience marketing vertical solutions at high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS companies.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize vertical event plans tailored to education and healthcare sectors.
• Manage all aspects of events across the full lifecycle, from pre-event planning to post-event analysis.
• Execute vertical event logistics including trade shows, workshops, healthcare events, speaking engagements, swag, networking receptions, and ancillary events.
• Build and manage event reporting dashboards based on KPIs, ROI, and marketing/sales metrics.
• Own and manage event budgets, PO creation, and invoice processing.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and partners within budget and quality standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with executives, marketing, sales, product, and technical teams.
