Job summary

Zoom is seeking an Events Manager to own end-to-end vertical event strategy, planning, and execution for education and healthcare sectors, including trade shows, workshops, and virtual experiences. You will partner with executives, marketing, sales, product, and technical teams to design plans aligned with revenue and partner priorities, and manage budgets and vendors.

This role requires highly organized, detail-driven professionals who can handle on-site and remote components, build KPI

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event management with end-to-end delivery.
• Deep knowledge of education and healthcare verticals.
• Experience marketing vertical solutions at B2B/SaaS firms.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Design vertical event plans aligned with revenue goals.
• Manage events lifecycle from pre-event planning to post-event analysis.
• Coordinate trade shows, workshops, healthcare events and receptions.
• Build dashboards for KPIs, ROI, and marketing/sales metrics.
• Own budgets, PO creation, and invoice processing.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with executives, marketing, sales, product, and tech teams.
