Job summary

Zoom is seeking an Events Manager to own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of vertical events for education and healthcare sectors. You will collaborate with executives, marketing, sales, product, and technical teams to align on Priority initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in event management, strong PM skills, and a track record of managing both in-person and virtual programs. Expect ~10% travel and a structured hybrid work approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event management (in-person and virtual).
• Deep understanding of education and healthcare verticals; compliance and trends.
• Experience marketing vertical solutions at high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS companies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with event tech platforms, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and PM tools; KPI/ROI mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design vertical event plans aligned to revenue goals and partner priorities.
• Manage full lifecycle of events from planning to post-event analysis.
• Execute logistics for trade shows, workshops, healthcare events, speaking engagements, and receptions.
• Build dashboards with KPIs, ROI, and event metrics to drive improvement.
• Own budgets, PO creation, and invoicing to ensure financial accountability.
• Source and negotiate with vendors to stay within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with executives, marketing, sales, product, and tech teams to align strategy.
