Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of event management experience delivering in-person and virtual events.
• Deep knowledge of education and healthcare verticals, with compliance and trends.
• Experience marketing vertical solutions at high-tech, cloud, B2B or SaaS companies.
• Strong PM and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple programs in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with event tech platforms, Salesforce, marketing automation, and PM tools; understands KPIs and ROI.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with executives and teams.
• Willing to travel ~10% for on-site executions.

• Design and optimize vertical event plans tailored to the education and healthcare sectors, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and partner organization priorities.
• Manage all aspects of events across the full lifecycle, from pre-event planning and vendor coordination through on-site execution and post-event analysis.
• Execute vertical event logistics including industry trade show booths, educational workshops, healthcare events, speaking engagements, swag creation, networking receptions, and hosted ancillary events.
• Build and manage event reporting dashboards based on KPIs, including ROI and marketing and sales metrics, to track performance and inform continuous improvement.
• Own and manage event budgets, purchase order creation, and invoice processing to ensure accurate and timely financial accountability.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and partners to secure the right resources for seamless event execution within budget and quality standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Zoom executives, marketing, sales, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on event strategy, deliverables, and outcomes.
