Job summary

Zoom is seeking an Events Manager to own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of vertical events in education and healthcare. You will collaborate with executives, marketing, sales, product, and technical teams to design plans, manage budgets, vendors, and reporting frameworks linking events to revenue.

This role requires organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with approximately 10% travel for on-site execution, and a structured hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event management and execution.
• Experience with education and healthcare verticals and compliance.
• Experience marketing vertical solutions at high-tech, cloud, B2B, or SaaS companies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with event tech, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and KPI/ ROI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize vertical event plans aligned with revenue goals.
• Manage events across full lifecycle from planning to post-event analysis.
• Handle on-site logistics, booths, workshops, and hosted events.
• Build dashboards and reporting to track KPI, ROI, and outcomes.
• Own budgets, POs, and invoicing for accurate financials.
• Negotiate with vendors to balance budget and quality.
• Coordinate with executives, marketing, sales, product, and tech teams.
