Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on facility buildings, grounds, and equipment, contributing to safety and resident comfort. The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and routine upkeep with on-call responsibilities.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of maintenance experience. Candidates should be capable with tools and committed to teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and field certifications required.
• Experience: 1+ years in maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned maintenance and preventative work orders as directed.
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety and repairs.
• Use hand and power tools; maintain equipment.
• Support on-site event setups, deliveries and moves.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues.
• Be willing to expand trade knowledge and be available on-call.
