Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to handle preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems on a campus setting. You will work on apartment units, common areas, and service areas, completing work orders and assisting in coordination of the Maintenance Department.

Required five years of related maintenance experience and certifications in HVAC, plumbing or electrical.

Qualifications

• Requires five or more years of related maintenance experience.
• Certifications/licenses in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Must communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Read drawings and installation manuals.
• Complete daily work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies on-call.
• Direct maintenance tasks and assist supervisor.
