Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a maintenance technician to perform a range of repairs and preventive maintenance across our facility and grounds. The role contributes to the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents and staff.

You will inspect and repair building systems, operate tools, and assist with on-call coverage and occasional event setups. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and applicable field certifications.
• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks across buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety and needed repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as issues arise.
• Be available for on-call shifts and participate in event setups.
