Job summary

Covenant Village is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance duties, repairs, and inspections across our community facilities. The role focuses on keeping buildings and services safe, attractive, and fully operational for residents and staff.

You will diagnose issues, complete preventive maintenance, and collaborate with multiple teams. A high school diploma and maintenance experience are required, with on-call availability and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General Maintenance experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and equipment specifications is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues throughout the campus.
• Complete preventive maintenance on equipment, building systems, and infrastructure.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency service calls promptly and professionally.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of resident and operational areas.
• Assist with renovations, repairs, and improvement projects to enhance facilities.
• Support seasonal preparations, grounds projects, storm response, and emergencies as needed.
• Follow OSHA and Life Safety Code requirements and safety policies.
