Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for keeping facility buildings, grounds and equipment in good repair to support resident safety and comfort. You will perform repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical and equipment, inspect systems, use hand and power tools, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and applicable field certifications are required.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete work requests and maintenance orders per supervisor guidelines.
• Inspect facilities and systems to identify repairs and ensure safety.
• Use hand and power tools; maintain and organize equipment.
• Handle general labor tasks including event setups and deliveries.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
• Be willing to learn and join on-call rotation.
