Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a maintenance technician to service facility buildings, grounds, and equipment in a senior living setting. You will handle repairs, safety checks, and preventative maintenance to ensure resident and employee well‑being.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and 1+ years of experience in maintenance. A team-focused, safety-conscious applicant is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and applicable field certifications required.
• 1+ year experience in maintenance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Inspect facilities and systems to identify repairs and safety needs.
• Diagnose and repair various equipment and systems.
• Use hand and power tools safely and maintain equipment.
• Support event setups, deliveries and moves as needed.
• Be available for on-call shifts.
