Job summary

Bethyl Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure apartments and common areas remain safe, clean, and functional.

The role involves handling HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, basic carpentry, painting, and providing excellent resident service. The Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor, participate in safety programs, and be on call for evenings or weekends in case of emergencies.

Qualifications

• HVAC, EPA, and CPO certifications preferred.
• General maintenance knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall and appliance repair.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Market Ready apartments with painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep them safe and clean.
• Reports maintenance concerns on vacant units and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Performs inspections by walking the property and conducts scheduled maintenance.
