Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks at our apartment communities. The role emphasizes resident service and safety, with a strong technical aptitude to uphold building quality.

You will support the Maintenance Supervisor, manage preventative maintenance, assist with move-ins, inspections, and on-call rotations, while delivering timely, courteous service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs in a timely, thorough manner.
• Assist Supervisor with inventory of equipment, parts and supplies.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedule and records.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and team.
