Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair systems across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more, ensuring safe, quality work for residents. This role supports service requests, prepares vacant apartments for rent, and promotes safety on-site.

You will respond to resident needs, follow company procedures, and may supervise other staff or contractors while maintaining compliance with housing and safety regulations.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance performing the duties of a Maintenance Technician.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic (estimates, averages, percentages).
• Able to operate general office equipment.
• Able to frequently use general maintenance tools and safety equipment.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and be compliant with motor vehicle policy.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features and waste management systems.
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs in accordance with standards safely and promptly.
• Perform turn-key work to ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer service standards; respond to resident requests and resolve issues.
• Promote safe work practices among on-site staff and follow company policies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws including Fair Housing and building codes.
• Assist with organizing and prioritizing service requests and maintenance tasks.
• May drive company or personal vehicle as required.
• May supervise other associates and contractors.
