Job summary

Atria Senior Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair a range of systems, perform timely repairs, and ensure vacant homes are rent-ready. You will handle service requests, maintain high customer service standards with residents, and promote safe work practices on-site.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in property maintenance, and ability to operate common tools and equipment. Position requires driving as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance roles.
• Basic arithmetic skills for estimations and calculations.
• Ability to operate general maintenance tools and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs safely and timely.
• Perform turn-key work to ready vacant apartments for rent.
• Maintain customer service standards and communicate with residents to resolve issues.
• Promote safe work practices and comply with company policies and safety standards.
• May supervise other associates or contractors.
