Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances within residential communities. You will perform turn-key work to make vacant apartments rent-ready and maintain high customer service standards while following safety and policy guidelines.

The role requires basic math, ability to use common maintenance tools, and a valid driver's license for possible vehicle use on community grounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year experience in property management maintenance or related field.
• Must perform basic arithmetic and measurements for estimates and percentages.
• Must be able to operate general office equipment as needed.
• Must be able to use maintenance tools and equipment as described.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and drive as required.
• Comply with company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances.
• Perform turn-key work to prepare vacant apartments for rent.
• Maintain high customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Promote safe work practices and follow company policies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and building codes.
• May supervise other staff or contractors and handle additional duties.
