Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Technician to support operation, troubleshooting and repairs across commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds and maintenance equipment. You will assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergencies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of related experience, and basic computing skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or related areas.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems (HVAC, plumbing, pumps, controls).
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, electrical and hydraulic devices.
• Install and modify building equipment and systems; perform carpentry and minor repairs.
• Respond to emergencies and service requests; follow safety protocols.
