Job summary

Boulder Country Club is seeking a skilled line cook for our A La Carte operation during the busy season. You will handle multiple stations including pantry, sauté, or grill, ensuring quality and timely execution. English communication with the line team is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years experience as line cook (preferred)
• Ability to work weekends and summer holidays
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Other food handler certificates accepted
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• References and a working interview required
• Work hours: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in accordance with safety and sanitation practices
• Assist with cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Communicate effectively with line team in English
