Job summary

Boulder Country Club is seeking an experienced Saute Cook to join our team. The position pays $20-$25 per hour depending on experience, and is part-time with a 2 pm to close schedule. Responsibilities include preparing all food items, following recipes, using kitchen equipment safely, maintaining sanitary stations, restocking, and adhering to sanitation codes.

Weekend and summer holiday work is required. Applicants should have 2 years line cook experience and may benefit from ServSafe or other

Qualifications

• 2 years line cook experience preferred.
• Weekend and summer holiday work required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Other food handler certificates accepted.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality preferred.
• References and a working interview required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain the station in practicing good safety and sanitation.
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
