Job summary

Boulder Country Club is seeking an A La Carte Line cook to support during the busy season in Boulder, CO. The ideal candidate will have mastery of cooking techniques and the drive to work any station including pantry, sauté, or grill.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience, with full-time hours and benefits including medical, dental, and vision, 401K after one year, and employee perks such as free golf on Mondays after 3 PM.

Qualifications

• 2 years line cook experience preferred.
• Weekend and summer holiday availability required.
• ServSafe or other food handler certificates accepted.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality.
• References and a working interview are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation.
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment.
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.
• Communicate effectively with line team in English.
