Job summary

High Associates seeks a Floating Apartment Maintenance Technician for its Lancaster, PA communities. Based primarily at Greenview Terrace/Barrcrest Manor, the role floats to other Lancaster properties as needed. It involves minor building repairs, grounds care, and routine maintenance across residential units.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM schedule and an on-call rotation. Ideal candidates have a GED/HS diploma and hands-on maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–12 months of directly related experience in general building maintenance and grounds experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical work.
• Basic knowledge of appliance repair and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building maintenance duties and respond to service requests for residents.
• Handle general carpentry, drywall repair, minor electrical work, and routine plumbing and appliance repairs.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials and logs of maintenance.
• Inspect buildings/apartments and assist in preventative HVAC maintenance.
