You’ll work on preventive maintenance, assist with snow removal and on-call shifts, and contribute to a home-like atmosphere across the community with reliable, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or property management helpful.
• Ability to troubleshoot repair issues and prioritize requests.
• Comfort with on-call shifts and snow removal duties when needed.

• Handle service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings.
• Prepare homes for move-in readiness.
