High Associates seeks a Floating Apartment Maintenance Technician for its Lancaster, PA communities. Based primarily at Greenview Terrace/Barrcrest Manor, the role floats to other Lancaster properties as needed. It involves minor building repairs, grounds care, and routine maintenance across residential units.
The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM schedule and an on-call rotation. Ideal candidates have a GED/HS diploma and hands-on maintenance experience.

We are currently seeking a Floating Apartment Maintenance Technician , with general residential technician skills to join the High Associates team for our residential communities in Lancaster, PA. This position will primarily be based out of Greenview Terrace and Barrcrest Manor but will float to other residential communities in Lancaster as needed.
The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for a wide range of building maintenance responsibilities. The grounds responsibilities would include, but not limited to, watering the flower beds. The building maintenance responsibilities would include but not limited to, completion of minor building maintenance duties as required by service requests submitted by residents, preparation of unit turnovers in addition to routine maintenance of a non-technical issue. Responsible for preventative maintenance of the homes and common area enhancements.
This is a Full-Timeopportunity with the following schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM. *Shared on call rotation required
