Job summary

High Associates is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for Bentley Ridge in Lancaster, PA. The role covers a broad range of building and grounds maintenance, including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks, with on-call rotation.

A high school diploma or GED and 3–12 months of related experience are required. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–12 months of directly related experience in general building maintenance and grounds.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical work.
• Basic knowledge of appliance repair and HVAC.
• Flexibility to work on-call rotation (one week every 4–5 weeks), including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building maintenance duties across properties.
• Handle basic carpentry, drywall, minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Manage inventory and requisition supplies as needed.
• Inspect and report maintenance needs; assist with preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Maintain grounds, plants, and common areas in clean, safe condition.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
