The role combines customer service with aircraft servicing responsibilities in indoor and outdoor environments. We offer full-time employment with a starting hourly rate of $16.50, potential increases to $21.50 per hour, and annual retention bonuses up to $2,000.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred nine (9) months of airline or aviation industry experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently; Spanish is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or GED certification preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365, Excel, Outlook, Word); typing at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, cheerfully, and courteously to ensure a positive travel experience.
• Provide check-in assistance, handle ticketing changes, re-book itineraries and process special service requests.
• Check and accept passenger baggage, ensuring compliance with airline policies and safety regulations.
• Board and deplane flights, escort passengers, and assist unaccompanied minors or passengers with special needs.
• Provide accurate gate information and respond to general inquiries from passengers and staff.
• Observe and enforce safety regulations and proper ramp procedures; coordinate with flight crews.
• Serve as Ground Security Coordinator when applicable and assist with ground service equipment checks.
• Assist in ramp set-up and support operational efficiency; perform additional duties as assigned.
