Contour is seeking a part-time Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to deliver exceptional customer service at local airports. You will handle check-in, boarding, baggage processing, and provide gate information to travelers.

Responsibilities include aiding unaccompanied minors, assisting passengers with special needs, and coordinating with flight crews. Strong English skills and a valid driver’s license are required.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A minimum of nine (9) months of prior airline or aviation industry experience is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the country without restrictions.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently; proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or GED certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner at the airport.
• Provide check-in assistance, handle ticketing changes, re-book itineraries, and process special service requests.
• Check and accept passenger baggage, ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.
• Board and deplane flights, assist unaccompanied minors, wheelchairs, and passengers with special needs.
• Provide accurate gate information and assist passengers with inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of policies related to unaccompanied minors, law enforcement, and HAZMAT.
