Job summary

Contour is a long-established aviation services company seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to deliver exceptional customer service at local airports. The role involves ticketing, boarding support, ramp duties, and coordination with flight crews and vendors, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualified candidates will be able to manage baggage, assist passengers with special needs, and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• 9 months airline/aviation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in reading/writing/speaking English; Spanish a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously to ensure a positive travel experience.
• Provide check-in assistance, ticketing changes, re-bookings, and special service requests.
• Manage passenger baggage according to airline policies and safety regulations.
• Board/deplane passengers, assist unaccompanied minors, and help passengers with special needs.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp and maintain safe ramp operations; assist with GSE checks.
