Job summary

Contour Airlines is seeking a grounded, customer-focused Ramp Agent in Carlsbad, NM. You will greet passengers, assist with check-in and baggage, and provide accurate gate information while ensuring safety and efficiency on the ramp.

Responsibilities include marshalling aircraft, assisting unaccompanied passengers, and performing routine GSE checks in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Ability to work flexible shifts and pass background/drug screenings is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Check-in, ticketing changes, re-bookings, and special service requests.
• Handle baggage per airline policies and safety regulations; marshal and guide aircraft.
• Provide gate information, assist passengers with special needs, and resolve concerns.
• Assist with ramp operations, GSE checks, and adherence to safety procedures.
