Job summary

Contour is seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to deliver exceptional customer service at local or regional airports. You will perform check-in, gate, and ramp duties, directing passengers and assisting with special needs while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. A minimum 9 months of aviation experience is preferred, and eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum nine months of airline or aviation industry experience preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Provide check-in assistance, ticketing changes, re-bookings, and special requests.
• Board/deplane passengers and assist with passengers with special needs.
• Maintain safety and security on the ramp and operate ground service equipment as needed.
• Observe and communicate flight information to passengers and team members.
