You will manage files, maintain ledgers, draft records and letters, and communicate with insurers and providers to obtain updated information. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication on calls and written

Qualifications

• Outgoing phone communications with clients and providers.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and use Abacus to distinguish between matters and names and understand tab info.
• Locate and organize client files and transfer memos for case setup.
• Maintain spreadsheets with client names, dates of loss, PIP/HI, provider info, and billing numbers.
• Record provider details, service dates, charges, payments, write-offs, and client payments in spreadsheets.
• Read PIP, HI, and L&I ledgers to identify payments and wage loss details.
• Identify and correct errors like double payments or missing provider details.
• Prepare and file documentation to correct unrelated or incorrect payments.
• Draft letters for ROI requests, balance verifications, and communications with PIP/HI and providers.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain updated ledgers and information.
