You will manage Abacus, distinguish matters and names, locate files, maintain ledgers, draft records requests and communications with insurers, and help keep payments and billing details accurate.

Responsabilidades

• Review and organize client case information in Abacus.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets with client details, dates, and billing info.
• Record provider payments, charges, write-offs, and client payments in ledgers.
• Read and interpret PIP/HI/L&I ledgers and identify wage loss payments.
• Identify and correct ledger errors and missing provider details.
• Draft letters and records requests to insurers and providers.
• Contact insurance companies for updated ledgers and information.
