You will assess compliance with federal regulations and company policy, resolve missing stipulations through communication with customers and dealers, and ensure accurate documentation.

The role involves interacting with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the verification team, and upholding the company’s culture of teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school or equivalent required.
• Interpersonal skills promoting a team environment.
• Six months of office experience or equivalent education and training.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process contracts by verifying applicant information and documentation for auto retail installment contracts.
• Assess compliance on required loan documentation with Federal regulations and company policy.
• Resolve missing stipulations by communicating with internal and external customers.
• Review and verify accuracy of documentation.
• Communicate with potential customers and dealerships about product and service questions.
• Support and promote OneMain Financial culture of teamwork and integrity.
