OneMain Financial in Tempe, AZ is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Verifications Specialist to review and validate customer information, supporting loan funding and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

You will investigate missing information, coordinate with customers, branch teams and underwriting, validate income and employment data, and identify potential fraud indicators while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Customer-focused with investigative mindset and sound judgment.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.

In the Role

• Review and verify customer information, documentation, and loan stipulations for accuracy and compliance.

Location:

On site in Tempe, AZ

Schedule:

Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 6a-8p AZ time (7a-9p Daylight Savings time) and Saturday 6a-1p. The schedule is 40 hours per week within hours of operation, which includes up to 3 Saturdays per quarter.
