OneMain Financial seeks an Associate Director, Auto Verifications to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Auto Verifications team in Tempe, AZ. You will drive quality, service, productivity, and fraud prevention while developing managers and collaborating with risk, compliance, and technology teams.

You will shape verification processes to handle changing volumes and regulatory requirements, communicating performance and risks to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in consumer lending, auto finance, verification, fraud, risk, or related financial services operations.
• Proven experience leading and developing managers and teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers responsible for Auto Verification operations.
• Establish and monitor performance, quality, service, and fraud prevention standards.
• Partner with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Technology, Finance and business leaders to improve performance.
• Identify and lead process and technology improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
