Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a hands-on support professional to provide level 1 & 2 support for point-of-sale systems at events in California. The role requires quick adaptation to changing environments, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform venue walk-throughs, and implement improvements to systems and processes. This position is based on-site in Wheatland, CA. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to environment changes immediately.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Windows OS, Office suite).
• Ability to stand, walk long distances, and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to point-of-sale systems and escalate when necessary.
• Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct venue walk-throughs to ensure systems are operational during events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors and breakages.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to standards.
