Job summary

Legends Global in Chula Vista, CA is seeking a qualified POS technician to provide level 1 & 2 support and participate in system improvements across events. You will perform venue walk-throughs, replace defective hardware, and diagnose software, firmware, and hardware issues to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to all point-of-sale system problems and elevate when necessary
• Initiates and implement improvements to areas of responsibility
• Conduct venue walk-through to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events
• Replacement of defective hardware before, during and after events
• Diagnoses of software, firmware & hardware errors and breakage
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all standards and practices
