You will work with cross-functional technology, business, and operational teams, gaining exposure to IT program management and enterprise systems in a venue technology context. This onsite internship is ideal for those pursuing tech project management.

Qualifications

• Prior internship, coursework, or academic project exposure to project management is a plus.
• Interest in technology project management, enterprise systems, or IT program management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with PMO tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project coordination for enterprise technology initiatives, including project timelines, task tracking, and stakeholder updates.
• Assist the Enterprise Technology PMO team with maintaining project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes to ensure visibility across cross-functional teams.
• Help track project milestones, risks, and dependencies across enterprise systems and technology programs.
• Participate in project meetings and support communication between technology, business, and operational stakeholders.
• Assist with organizing project artifacts, dashboards, and project management tools used to monitor progress.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline project workflows and documentation practices.
• Interest in technology project management, enterprise systems, venue technology or IT program management.
