You'll bring structure to complex initiatives, keep stakeholders aligned, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure projects deliver meaningful business outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and knows how to bring business and technology teams together to move complex projects forward..

What You'll Do
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation and successful adoption.
  • Partner with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into clear, executable project plans.
  • Coordinate business stakeholders, Technology teams, vendors, and executive sponsors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support organizational readiness through communication, training, and change management.
Drive Project Planning & Execution
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and competing priorities.
  • Break complex initiatives into actionable workstreams and keep teams focused on key milestones.
  • Coordinate requirements reviews, solution validation, UAT, implementation planning, and go-live readiness.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and drive issues through resolution.
Manage Stakeholders & Communication
  • Serve as a key point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication across business and technical teams.
  • Provide timely status updates on progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and upcoming milestones.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment on priorities, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare executive-ready status reports, decision summaries, and presentations.
Manage Risk & Drive Continuous Improvement
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Escalate critical decisions and roadblocks when necessary to maintain project momentum.
  • Recommend improvements to PMO processes, tools, workflows, and governance.
  • Promote project management best practices and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional business and/or technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Strong experience with project planning, scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives involving areas such as CRM, ERP, PIM, marketing automation, eCommerce, digital transformation, packaged software, or custom software development.
  • Experience coordinating UAT, implementation readiness, and change management activities.
  • Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and process-improvement skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and occasionally work outside standard business hours to support critical project milestones
Tools & Preferred Experience
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
  • Experience working within an Enterprise PMO or supporting large-scale transformation initiatives is a plus.
