Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Manager, Program Venue Technology to lead the integration and planning of technology services across Olympic and Paralympic venues. You will coordinate TEAP processes and align technology needs with budgets while supporting program management.

Based in Downtown Los Angeles, this on-site role requires strong PM credentials, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to drive multiple workstreams to successful delivery during event cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
• A formal project or program management qualification (e.g. Prince2, MSP, PMI) is required for this role.
• Smartsheet certification a plus; proficiency with Tableau or similar tools preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technology project management, or 3 years in program management, ideally within live events or venue operations.
• Proven ability to manage tasks and timelines with precision and deliver milestones on time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to translate complex requirements for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support program management and reporting for Venue Technology Services (VTS) across venues.
• Manage internal communications and distribute venue technology updates.
• Assist in managing and updating the Venue Technology Implementation Plan.
• Monitor workflows to ensure tasks stay on schedule across multiple streams.
• Provide administrative and operational support across VTS functions, including change control and logistics.
